For the journey from Hue to Paradise Cave, there are several options available, but traveling by private car is the best choice for flexibility and comfort. Additionally, this trip offers the opportunity to visit several notable DMZ sites along the way, such as La Vang Holy Land, Hien Luong Bridge, Ben Hai River, and Vinh Moc Tunnels (with a small additional fee).

Paradise Cave, located in Bo Trach, Quang Binh, is about a 4-hour drive from Hue and is renowned as one of the most stunning caves in Quang Binh. It attracts many travelers each year. 

Our professional driver will pick you up from your hotel or accommodation in central Hue at 7:30 AM, and the trip will include stops at the mentioned sites:

 

Detailed Itinerary

1. LA VANG HOLYLAND

La Vang Holy Land, situated in Hai Lang District, Quang Tri Province, is renowned for its collection of some of the most significant sculptural works in Vietnamese history.

Recognized by the Vatican, La Vang Holy Land has been home to La Vang Cathedral, a revered site, since 1961.

 

2. BEN HAI RIVER AND HIEN LUONG BRIDGE

The Ben Hai River, situated at the heart of the DMZ area, is one of Vietnam’s notable rivers. It served as the border between North and South Vietnam for over 21 years, marking the division between the two regions.

 

3. PARADISE CAVE

Paradise Cave (Thien Duong Cave) is located in the ecological restoration area of Quang Binh province’s limestone core, which is part of the World Natural Heritage site. It is one of the caves without underground rivers and was discovered in 2005 by explorers from the British Cave Research Association (BCRA) and geography professors from Hanoi University.

After exploring the stunning Paradise Cave, the driver will return you to Hue City, concluding the trip.

 

Notes:

  • We recommend departing from your Hue hotel around 7:30 AM for a more comfortable travel experience. If you’d like to visit both caves in one day, it’s advisable to leave earlier and possibly skip some stops along the way.
  • If you wish to include a visit to Vinh Moc Tunnel, please note there is an additional fee of $10 for a 4-seat/7-seat vehicle and $15 for a 16-seat vehicle.

1. How to book a private car? Please choose your favorite itinerary on our website, submit the booking with your full request information in our booking form. After receiving your booking information, our sales team will contact you within 24 hours. If you don’t receive any update from us, your booking/email maybe arrive in Spam Folder, please resend your booking to our email travovibes@gmail.com or send the message (Imessage/Whatsapp/Viber/Line) to +840929758065 (Ms.Bem), we will check and support you as soon as possible. As soon as you receive your booking confirmation, we will send you the invoice confirmation so that you can more easily control your trip. 2. How to pay for Private Car Trip? We are flexible with your payment with 2 options below:
  • Option 1: Pay by Visa/MasterCard (a 3% fee applies) or pay the driver at the end of each trip in cash (USD/VND, according to the current exchange rate).
  • Option 2: Pay in advance by Visa/Master Card online, we will send you the link for payment in your booking confirmation details.
3. Can the driver speak English? Actually, the driver can only speak basic English. If you have a more difficult question or more requirement for the history of each place, he may be unable to answer. Because he is just the driver, not an English tour guide so his English is limited. Besides, the number of good English drivers is limited, so you should confirm your booking and book in advance early to make sure we can easily hold on to the good driver for your trip. We suggest you should book the English Tour Guide with the extra fee if you would like to know more about the details of each places during your trip 4. Is this a private transfer or sharing with other travelers? This is the private car so there will be only your team, not sharing with other travelers, you can join with your friends in our car to save your budget. Normally, the maximum 4-seat car is 3 pax & luggage, the 7-seat car is maximum 5 pax & small luggage, the 16-seat car is maximum 12 pax & luggage. 5. What are the types of cars? Are they new? Most of our cars are new with strong air conditioner, year from 2016 – 2019 Our cars are:

  • 7 seats: Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, Toyota Fortuner, Mitsubishi Xpander

6. Is the price per car or per person? How about entrance ticket payment?
  • For private car, all the price will be for per car not per person
  • The price will exclude the entrance ticket, you can pay for yourself or our driver will help you buy it.
7. How can I meet the driver at the Airport? The driver will wait for you at the Arrival Gate with a welcome sign including your name attached. You can see him there when you finish getting your luggage with domestic flights & documents stamped for international flights. Please update us your correct flight number details so we will more easily check your flight situation in case it’s delayed. Please save our hotline/local phone +840929758065 (Ms.Bem) in case you can’t find the driver or need any urgent support at Airport, we will support you as soon as possible. 8. How about the cancellation policy? Cancellation Policy and Important notes:
  • We are happy for you to cancel your private car booking at least 2 days before your departure date. If you cancel your booking at the last minute, it’s really hard for us to rearrange everything for our car because we hold on to everything for your booking.
  • 50% of your total booking  will be charged if you cancel from 48 hours prior to your scheduled trip date.
  • 100% of your total booking will be charged if you cancel from 24 hours prior to your scheduled trip date.
  • If you want to stop swimming at the beach, we are happy to stop for you. But we won’t take responsibility if there are any issues.
  • Please check your luggage and possessions carefully before leaving our car
