The Hoi An – My Son – Hue tour is one of our most concise programs, offering a rich exploration of Vietnam’s architecture and culture. The tour begins in Hoi An, known for its well-preserved architectural ensemble and streets laid out in a chessboard pattern. Next, you’ll visit My Son, often likened to Vietnam’s Angkor Wat, before stopping in Hue, a city recognized as the ‘bass note’ in the vibrant symphony of modern Vietnam.

1. HOI AN

This small town, located 30 kilometers south of Da Nang City near the picturesque Thu Bon River, is a popular destination for both locals and tourists. Its rich history, traditional architecture, and crafts such as textiles and ceramics make it a standout attraction. The town is home to well-preserved Japanese merchant houses, Chinese temples, and old warehouses, which have all contributed to its designation as a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Departing from your hotel or location in Hoi An around 08:00 AM, the driver will make stops at several beautiful sites along the way.

2. MY SON SANCTUARY

My Son is a cluster of abandoned and partially ruined Hindu temples, built between the 4th and 14th centuries by the Cham Kings. This temple complex is one of the most significant Hindu sites in Southeast Asia and the most prominent of its kind in Vietnam. It is often compared to other historical temple complexes in Southeast Asia, such as those in Java, Indonesia; Angkor Wat in Cambodia; and Bagan in Myanmar. Despite the partial damage from time and war, the stunning scenery makes it well worth a visit.

3. MARBLE MOUNTAIN AND MY KHE BEACH

Situated in an ideal location in Da Nang City, this spot offers a perfect place to take a short break, learn about Buddhism in Vietnam, or simply relax by the shore, enjoying the refreshing breeze from one of the world’s most beautiful beaches.

4. HAI VAN PASS – THE PASS OF OCEAN MIST

Visitors to the Hai Van Pass will be captivated by the stunning harmony of clouds, mountains, sea, wind, and rocks. At the top of the pass, you’ll find ancient remnants of a fortified gateway. The American and French bunkers on Hai Van Pass offer expansive views of the city without requiring a steep climb.

5. HUE

Hue, located in the central region of Vietnam, served as the capital city from the 17th to the 19th century. Despite enduring the hardships of the Vietnam War, many of its monuments remain well-preserved. The royal lifestyle and customs continue to influence the character of Hue’s residents. Life in Hue is peaceful, both day and night, free from the hustle and bustle.

The trip will conclude at your hotel in Hue around 04:00 PM.
