Ba Na Hill is one of the most stunning mountains in central Vietnam, located in Hoa Ninh Commune, Hoa Vang District, about 25 km from Da Nang’s city center. Perched 1,487 meters above sea level, Ba Na enjoys a mild climate year-round and is often referred to as the “Da Lat” or “Sa Pa” of the Central region. Visitors can experience four distinct seasons in a single day: spring in the morning, summer at noon, autumn in the afternoon, and winter in the evening.

Originally developed in the early 1920s as a resort for the French, Ba Na featured numerous hotels and villas. Although many structures were destroyed during the war, Da Nang has recently restored some of the ancient villas and hotels, and developed a Buddhist cultural area, bars, and entertainment zones, making Ba Na Hill a popular destination for tourists every day.

Detailed Itinerary:

The best way to travel from Da Nang or Hoi An to Ba Na Hill is by private car. Your tour will begin in the morning, with our private car picking you up from your hotel and departing for Ba Na Hill. Upon arrival, you’ll take the cable car to Ba Na Hill Station, which holds four world records: the longest one-wire sling, the longest distance between stations, the longest total cable length, and the heaviest cable roll. From the cable car, you’ll enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Da Nang city, Hai Van Pass, Son Tra Peninsula, Marble Mountain, and more.

Your first stop will be at Linh Ung Pagoda, located on the summit of Vong Nguyet Hill. Built in 2004, the pagoda is marked by a 27-meter tall Buddha statue. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore the unique architecture of some old French villas. The tour then continues to Nui Chua Mountain and the Mountain Peak, where you’ll take a lunch break. At 1,478 meters above sea level, you’ll be treated to stunning views, with the Han River appearing like a delicate brushstroke, and Marble Mountain resembling a rock garden—all of which will leave you breathless.

After a half-day of exploration, you can enjoy lunch at Ba Na Hill, with plenty of dining options available.

In the afternoon, you’ll have time to play games at Fantasy Park, the third-largest indoor in Vietnam. Inspired by the famous novels Journey to the Center of the Earth and 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, the park offers entertainment for all ages.

Next, you’ll take the cable car to visit the Golden Bridge, a must-see destination at Ba Na Hill. This stunning bridge, known for its unique structure, spans 12.8 meters in width and nearly 150 meters in length, with eight arches, the longest of which is 21.2 meters. The Golden Bridge is a popular spot for both locals and tourists, and many couples choose it as the backdrop for their wedding photos.

After a full day of sightseeing and fun, our car will take you back to Da Nang city, arriving around 4:00 PM, marking the end of your tour.
