Itinerary
Ninh Binh 2 Days 1 Night Deluxe Tour
Day 1: Hanoi – Tam Coc – Local Family – Cycling – Thung Chim
07:15 – 07:45: Our tour guide and bus will pick you up from your hotel or private address, and we’ll head to Ninh Binh.
10:00: Arrive at Tam Coc and begin your first visit with a 1.5-hour sampan boat ride, rowed by a local. Often called the “Halong Bay on land,” this boat trip offers a peaceful journey along the river, surrounded by limestone mountains and rice paddies, especially beautiful during the harvest season.
12:00: Savor a delicious Vietnamese lunch at a local restaurant.
14:00: Check in to your bungalow or hotel.
15:00: Visit a traditional Vietnamese family in Tam Coc, where three generations live together. You’ll get to see their house architecture, learn about their daily life, and observe their traditional craft of making embroidery.

15:30: After visiting the family, you’ll take a bike ride to explore the rice fields and limestone mountains on a unique route.
16:30: Hop on a small sampan to explore Thung Nham bird reserve, home to over 50,000 birds from 40 species that inhabit the area daily.
17:30: Cycle back to the host family for some free time and an afternoon tea break.
19:00: Enjoy a Vietnamese dinner, then relax and stay overnight at the bungalow or hotel.

Day 2: Mua Cave – Hoa Lu Ancient Capital – Hanoi
07:00 – 07:30: Have breakfast at your bungalow or hotel.
08:30: Ride a bike to Mua Cave, one of the most captivating spots to get a panoramic view in Ninh Binh. Hike up to the peak of Ngoa Long Mountain for breathtaking views of the Tam Coc and Ninh Binh areas.

11:00: Return to the bungalow or hotel to check out.
12:30: Enjoy a tasty Vietnamese lunch, followed by some free time to relax.
15:00 – 15:30: Depart for Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam in the 10th century. Visit the temple of King Dinh, and with our local guide’s introduction, you’ll gain insights into Vietnamese history.

16:30: Depart from Ninh Binh and drive back to Hanoi.
18:30: Arrive in Hanoi and drop you off at your hotel or private address in the Hanoi Old Quarter. The trip ends.
