Itinerary
Hue City Private One Day Trip
In the Morning:
At 8:30 AM, our guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel lobby to begin your Hue City 1-Day Private Tour. Our first stop will be Thanh Toan Bridge, an architecturally unique wooden arch bridge with a tiled roof, located about 8 km southeast of Hue in Thanh Thuy Chanh village. Its distinctive “above house, below bridge” design spans a small ditch.

Next, we’ll visit the Tomb of King Gia Long, the founder of the Nguyen Dynasty. Situated in a remote mountain area, far from the city center, Gia Long’s Tomb is renowned for its tranquil and poetic scenery, ancient tombs, and impressive structures.
For lunch, we’ll head to a local restaurant where you can relax and savor traditional dishes of Hue.

In the Afternoon:
We’ll continue our tour with a visit to the Citadel, a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1993. You’ll have the opportunity to explore the Royal Citadel and Forbidden City. This visit will not only provide insights into the history and culture of the Nguyen Dynasty but also allow you to enjoy the scenic beauty of lakes, flower gardens, stone bridges, islands, and the lush greenery of the palace grounds.

We will then take a brief visit to An Hien Garden House, renowned as one of the most beautiful traditional garden houses in the ancient capital of Hue. Its classic Hue architecture offers a glimpse into the city’s past, allowing you to experience what life was like years ago.
Our final stop is Thien Mu Pagoda. Perched on a hill, this pagoda provides stunning views of the Huong River and showcases the traditional architecture of Hue. After exploring the pagoda, you’ll board a private dragon boat for a leisurely cruise back to the city, taking in the scenic beauty along the way.
We will then drive you back to your hotel.
