Get ready for an unforgettable experience with the Hartley’s Crocodile Adventure Day Tour, where you’ll come face to face with some of Australia’s most fascinating wildlife, including powerful saltwater crocodiles. We’ll pick you up from your accommodation in Cairns and take you to this renowned wildlife park, setting the stage for a day of thrilling animal encounters and educational activities in a safe environment.

Itinerary
The adventure begins with a pick-up from your Cairns accommodation, followed by a drive to Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures. Once you arrive, you’re free to explore the park and experience the variety of encounters and activities available. Make the most of your time by planning out your day to catch all the best experiences!
One of the highlights is the Crocodile Interaction Boat Tour, where you’ll embark on a cruise around Hartley’s Lagoon in a specially designed observation boat. Here, you can watch saltwater crocodiles leap from the water to snap up food, showcasing their incredible hunting skills. Don’t forget to reserve your boat tour time upon arrival for this can’t-miss experience. Crocodile sightings are guaranteed!
Attend one of the animal presentations to learn more about the park’s inhabitants and see them up close. The snake presentation takes place at 10:00 am, followed by a thrilling crocodile feeding show at 11:00 am.
For a special memento, consider getting your picture taken with one of the park’s animals, such as a koala, crocodile, or snake (available at select times for an additional fee).
Explore the park’s diverse exhibits when you’re not at the presentations. Wander through the Gondwana Gateway, where you can observe iconic Australian creatures like wombats, kangaroos, emus, bats, and lizards. Visit the Cassowary Garden to see a variety of bird species, or stroll along the Wildlife Discovery Trail to discover wetland animals such as turtles and waterbirds.
When hunger strikes, enjoy a meal or a snack at Lilies Restaurant. After a day filled with adventure, we’ll regroup and return you to your accommodation in Cairns.
