  • The itinerary can be changed due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions.
  • In case of bad weather (the boat is not allowed to depart) the tour cost will be charged 50% of the normal one.

Itinerary

Acardy Cruise 1 Day

7:00 – 7:30: Begin with pick-up from your hotel in the Old Quarter and travel to Got Ferry Station.

9:30: Board the Arcady Cruise and start your journey to the sea.

11:00: Arrive at Cat Ba National Park and explore its impressive mountains and dense forests.

 

11:30: Visit Hospital Cave, a secret bomb-proof hospital and safe house built inside a cave high up on one of the island’s limestone karsts.

12:30: Return to the Arcady Cruise by bus.

12:45: Enjoy a delicious local lunch featuring fresh seafood and Vietnamese dishes as you cruise towards the remote islands of HaLong Bay.

13:45: Experience kayaking or a bamboo boat ride in the heart of the Bay and take a swim in the crystal-clear water.

15:00: Relax with a tea break, including cookies, tropical fruits, tea, and coffee, as the boat cruises through HaLong Bay’s hundreds of islands.

16:30: Participate in a cooking class to make Nem (Vietnamese fresh spring rolls).

17:30: Disembark at Got Pier and board the bus for the return trip to Hanoi.

19:30: Arrive back at your hotel in the Old Quarter. End of service.

Important Note: For Lunar New Year, a 20% surcharge will apply to each booking during the Tet Holiday.

  1. How to book our favorite cruise? 
Please choose your favorite tour, please fill the require necessary information in the details form, click BOOKING NOW to submit your booking (the final step) Please check your email/phone number carefully before submitting the booking so we can easily contact you to confirm the booking. After your booking you will receive an automatic email from us, our sales team will contact you within 24 hours. After the discussion, we will send you your invoice & booking confirmation details so that you can more easily control your trip.
  1. When will my cruise be confirmed?
Once we receive your final confirmation for the cruise booking, please make the deposit as requested. This amount will be confirmed via email. Upon receiving your deposit, we will proceed with reserving your cruise. If your selected cruise is nearly sold out or unavailable, we will offer alternative options and inform you of any new pricing. Your booking will be officially confirmed only when we send you an email confirmation following receipt of your deposit. If you decide to cancel your booking, we will fully refund your deposit, though you will be responsible for the transfer fee.
  1. Do I need to pay in advance for the tour booking?
Please deposit 70% of your cruise booking, the rest will pay for us at our main office in Hue City or pay by visa online. Both of link for payments will attached in your email confirmation Notice: All the fee for your transfer will be paid by you, if you have any other request for payment, please update us, we will consider and update you.
  1. How about the cancellation policy of my tour booking?
Depend on your time of cancellation, we charge you the specific fees as follows:
  • If your cancellation more than 15 days prior to the departure date: Free of charge
  • If your cancellation from 15 days to 4 days prior to the departure date: 55% of total booking
  • If your cancellation less than 3 days prior to the departure date: 100% of total booking
  1. What is the cancellation for the weather?
If the cancellation is informed by Ha Long Bay Management, depend on the time of the announcement, the cancellation policies will be:
  • Before departure from HaNoi to HaLong Bay: 100% refund
  • During the trip (with some services used such as transfer, meals…): we just charged the services used, the rest will be refunded, we will inform you of the details by email.
  • With any other support, please contact us directly, we are always ready to support you.
  1. How much is it for our children?
  • Free of charge for one child under 5 years traveling with 2 adults, sharing bed. For each cabin just maximum 1 child only.
  • Surcharge 50% of adults rate for the child from 5 to 12 years, sharing bed and limited 1 child per cabin
  • Surcharge 75% of the full cabin for 2 the child below 12 year sharing a private cabin
  • For the child than 12 years will pay the full cabin rate
