More than 15 days before check-in: No charge
15 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of the total rate
9 to 3 days before check-in: 75% of the total rate
Less than 72 hours before check-in: 100% of the total rate
No-Show: 100% of the total rate

Due to Bad Weather:

If canceled before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund.
If canceled during the trip (some services used): Charges for used services (transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel, etc.) will apply; the remainder will be refunded.
If the trip is reduced from 2 nights to 1 night: Charges for the 2-day/1-night trip plus used services will apply; the remainder will be refunded.

Children Policy:

Rates apply for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults on a mattress.
Children aged 5–12: 75% of the adult rate when staying with parents.
Children under 5: Free when staying with parents.
Only one child under 4 years old sharing a room with two adults per cabin is allowed to stay for free.

Day Tour

Azalea Day Bus Lines and tour guide will pick you up around the Hanoi Old Quarter area. It is recommended that you wait in your hotel’s lobby for our day bus.

Azalea Luxury Day Bus Line is the ONLY service offering a 2-hour transfer from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay. You’ll enjoy a comfortable ride with luxury facilities on our bus, taking just 2 hours via No.5 road—the International Standard Expressway in Vietnam.

10:25 AM:
Orchid Luxury Day Bus Line arrives at Pha Got Port. You’ll receive a warm welcome at our private lounge at Pha Got Port, where our professional receptionist will assist you with boarding.

10:30 AM:
Our crew welcomes you aboard, and the Azalea Day Cruise sets sail for Lan Ha Bay – Ha Long Bay on a unique route. This exclusive route, operated only by Azalea Day Cruise, takes you through the less-visited areas of Lan Ha Bay – Ha Long Bay.

10:35 AM:
The Orchid Tour Guide will give guests a briefing on board.

11:30 AM:
A set lunch menu is served as the Day Cruise navigates the untouched areas of Lan Ha Bay.

12:30 PM:
The Day Cruise arrives at Hang Sang – Hang Toi area (Brightness Cave – Darkness Cave), part of Cat Ba National Park. You might be lucky enough to spot White-Headed Langurs, a species highly protected by Vietnamese Park Rangers and listed in the Vietnamese Red Book. Enjoy a delightful bamboo boat trip, rowed by a local, in this hidden area.

1:30 PM:
Guests return on board as the Day Cruise moves to the Tra Bau area—one of the best spots for kayaking in Lan Ha Bay – Ha Long Bay. Kayaking in the middle of Lan Ha Bay, surrounded by emerald waters, is a memorable experience.

2:20 PM:
Guests reboard the Azalea Luxury Day Cruise as the boat travels through the non-touristic areas of Lan Ha Bay – Ha Long Bay, heading back to Pha Got Port.

4:00 PM:
It’s time to say goodbye. The crew bids you farewell as you board the Azalea Day Bus for your return to Hanoi.

6:00 PM:
Arrive in Hanoi and drop off at your hotel in the Old Quarter area.

2 Days 1 Night

Day 1: Hanoi – Hai Phong – Ha Long Bay – Lan Ha Bay

9:00 AM: You’ll be picked up from your hotel and head to Hai Phong via the highway, arriving at Dinh Vu Port around 11:30 AM. Enjoy a warm welcome with a special tea in the lounge.

12:00 PM: Transfer to the Azalea Cruise Halong by tender, passing Cai Trap canal on the way to the main boat.

12:15 PM: Upon boarding the Azalea Cruise Halong, you’ll be greeted with a welcome drink, followed by a cruise briefing, safety instructions, and check-in. Then, begin your journey to explore Ha Long Bay, one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature.

12:40 PM: The cruise proceeds to Da Chong islet, where you’ll see a lighthouse built by the French over a century ago. Lunch is served as you continue cruising past the islets of Con Vit and Gia Luan, with their impressive limestone karst formations. This area is largely untouched, as few cruise ships take this route through Cat Ba Island, Thoi Quyt area, Coc Ngoi islet, and Cua Van to Ba Trai Dao.

3:00 PM: Arrive at Ba Trai Dao beach in Lan Ha Bay, a tranquil paradise with pristine beaches and stunning natural beauty, featuring around 400 islands. You can try kayaking or take a swim, enjoying the crystal-clear waters of Ba Trai Dao.

5:30 PM: Return to the Azalea Cruise to watch the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. Onboard, you can participate in a traditional Vietnamese cooking class led by the chef. Happy Hour deals are available in the early evening.

7:30 PM: A deluxe dinner is served, offering delicious local cuisine in an intimate and romantic setting, prepared by the onboard catering team.

9:30 PM: Spend the evening enjoying the nighttime scenery of the bay from the top deck, relaxing with drinks from the bar, trying your hand at night squid fishing, or watching a movie in the restaurant. Overnight stay on board.

Day 2: Ha Long Bay – Hanoi

6:00 AM: Start your day early with an invigorating Tai Chi session on the sundeck, followed by a light breakfast. Afterward, continue your journey with a canoe excursion to explore the area around the Sang Toi cave.

9:30 AM: Return to the Azalea Cruise Halong for check-out procedures.

10:00 AM: As you cruise back, enjoy a delightful brunch onboard.

11:35 AM: Arrive at the quay in the southern part of the bay, where you’ll disembark.

12:10 PM: Bid farewell at Dinh Vu port, marking the end of the program.

2:00 PM: Return to your drop-off point in Hanoi. End of the trip.

Day 1: Hanoi – Hai Phong – Ha Long Bay – Lan Ha Bay

9:00 AM: You’ll be picked up from your hotel and depart for Hai Phong via the highway, arriving at Dinh Vu Port around 11:30 AM. Enjoy a special tea in the lounge as you receive a warm welcome.

12:00 PM: Transfer to the cruise by tender, passing the Cai Trap canal on your way to the main boat.

12:15 PM: Once onboard Azalea Cruise Halong, you’ll be greeted with a welcome drink, followed by a cruise briefing and safety instructions. Check in and begin your exploration of Ha Long Bay, one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature.

12:40 PM: The cruise continues to Da Chong islet, home to a French-built lighthouse from over 100 years ago. Lunch will be served as you cruise past the Con Vit and Gia Luan islets, where impressive limestone karsts rise from the sea. This route, less traveled by other cruises, takes you through the Cat Ba Island area to Ba Trai Dao.

3:00 PM: Arrive at Ba Trai Dao beach area in Lan Ha Bay—a peaceful paradise with pristine beaches and around 400 islands. Enjoy kayaking, swimming, or simply relax in the clear waters.

5:30 PM: Return to the Azalea Cruise to witness a stunning sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. You can also join a traditional cooking class led by our chef, who will teach you how to prepare Vietnamese dishes. Enjoy Happy Hour in the early evening.

Day 2: Ha Long Bay – Bai Tu Long Bay

6:00 AM: Start your day with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Enjoy a light breakfast with tea, coffee, and pastries while taking in the morning views of the bay. Continue your journey afterward.

8:30 AM: Transfer to a day boat for a visit to Viet Hai village. Enjoy a bicycle ride through the village, passing through rainforests and tunnels, with stunning views of rice fields. Stop at an ancient local house to experience the local life in the valley. An optional electric car service is available at an extra cost. Return to the day boat for lunch and continue exploring Bai Tu Long Bay.

1:30 PM: Visit Bai Tu Long Bay, where you can enjoy kayaking and swimming in the tranquil Ba Ham Lake area, surrounded by vertical cliffs (weather permitting).

4:00 PM: Return to the Azalea Cruise and join another cooking class. Watch the sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin and take advantage of the Happy Hour deal.

7:30 PM: Enjoy another delightful dinner onboard, featuring local cuisine in a romantic setting.

Day 3: Ha Long Bay – Hanoi

How to book our favorite cruise?

Please choose your favorite tour, please fill the require necessary information in the details form, click BOOKING NOW to submit your booking (the final step) Please check your email/phone number carefully before submitting the booking so we can easily contact you to confirm the booking. After your booking you will receive an automatic email from us, our sales team will contact you within 24 hours. After the discussion, we will send you your invoice & booking confirmation details so that you can more easily control your trip.

When will my cruise be confirmed?

Once we receive your final confirmation for the cruise booking, please make the deposit as requested. This amount will be confirmed via email. Upon receiving your deposit, we will proceed with reserving your cruise. If your selected cruise is nearly sold out or unavailable, we will offer alternative options and inform you of any new pricing. Your booking will be officially confirmed only when we send you an email confirmation following receipt of your deposit. If you decide to cancel your booking, we will fully refund your deposit, though you will be responsible for the transfer fee.

Do I need to pay in advance for the tour booking?

Please deposit 70% of your cruise booking, the rest will pay for us at our main office in Hue City or pay by visa online. Both of link for payments will attached in your email confirmation Notice: All the fee for your transfer will be paid by you, if you have any other request for payment, please update us, we will consider and update you.

How about the cancellation policy of my tour booking?

Depend on your time of cancellation, we charge you the specific fees as follows:

If your cancellation more than 15 days prior to the departure date: Free of charge
If your cancellation from 15 days to 4 days prior to the departure date: 55% of total booking
If your cancellation less than 3 days prior to the departure date: 100% of total booking

What is the cancellation for the weather?

If the cancellation is informed by Ha Long Bay Management, depend on the time of the announcement, the cancellation policies will be:

Before departure from HaNoi to HaLong Bay: 100% refund
During the trip (with some services used such as transfer, meals…): we just charged the services used, the rest will be refunded, we will inform you of the details by email.
With any other support, please contact us directly, we are always ready to support you.

How much is it for our children?

Free of charge for one child under 5 years traveling with 2 adults, sharing bed. For each cabin just maximum 1 child only.
Surcharge 50% of adults rate for the child from 5 to 12 years, sharing bed and limited 1 child per cabin
Surcharge 75% of the full cabin for 2 the child below 12 year sharing a private cabin
For the child than 12 years will pay the full cabin rate
