Day One (Lunch Included)

The adventure begins as we depart Darwin and head to Kakadu National Park, making a brief stop at Australiana Bark Hut for refreshments. Arriving at Kakadu, enjoy a picnic lunch by Anbangbang Billabong while admiring the views of Burrunguy (Nourlangie Rock). Take a guided walk to learn about the area’s history and ancient rock art, then hike to Gunwhardewharde lookout to take in the panoramic views of the Arnhem Land escarpment.

In the afternoon, relax at your accommodation with a swim in the pool, followed by a sunset cruise on Yellow Water Billabong to see the stunning evening colors and local wildlife like crocodiles and birds.

Day Two (Breakfast & Lunch Included)

After breakfast, journey to Gunlom Falls in southern Kakadu, where you can swim in the clear pools and explore the gorge’s vine forests. In the afternoon, head to Maguk (Barramundi Gorge) for a short hike through paperbark forests and a dip in the refreshing plunge pool. If time permits, visit Warradjan Cultural Centre to delve into the traditions and culture of the park’s indigenous custodians.

Day Three (Breakfast & Lunch Included)

Start day three along the East Alligator River, keeping an eye out for crocodiles as you explore Ubirr Rock’s ancient rock art. Learn about the historical significance and stories behind each painting, followed by a hike to take in the expansive views over the Nardab floodplains.

Before returning to Darwin, stop by the Mamukala wetlands for bird watching and enjoy a refreshment break at the iconic Humpty Doo Hotel.
