Itinerary
1-Day Kangaroo Island Tour
We begin our journey by passing through the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula en route to Cape Jervis. From there, we’ll cruise across the Backstairs Passage to Kangaroo Island, where you can admire the picturesque views.
Upon arrival, enjoy a walk among wild seals basking in the sun on the pristine sands of Seal Bay.
Lunch will be a two-course Aussie-style meal set against a charming countryside backdrop. Then, we’ll head to Flinders Chase National Park, which has begun to regenerate after the devastating fires of early 2020. Keep an eye out for wallabies and other wildlife that still inhabit the area. Marvel at the distinctive Remarkable Rocks and observe New Zealand Fur Seals at Admirals Arch.
We’ll then visit Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park to spot kangaroos and koalas. You’ll have the chance to feed the kangaroos, learn more about Australia’s unique animals during a keeper talk, or even hold a koala for a photo (additional fee applies).
The day concludes as we cruise back to Cape Jervis via Penneshaw and return to Adelaide, bringing your adventure with wildlife and nature to a close.
