Located to the west of Melbourne, Grampians National Park showcases a stunning array of wildlife and breathtaking landscapes. On the 1-Day Grampians Tour, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in nature, spotting beloved native animals such as kangaroos and wallabies. Enjoy the tranquil environment, where you’ll find beautiful waterfalls, majestic mountain vistas, and so much more.
Child prices are available for children aged 6 – 12 years. Sorry, we don’t carry children under 6 years old on this tour.
Itinerary
1-Day Grampians Tour Itinerary
Our adventure begins in Melbourne, where we’ll pick you up and head towards Grampians National Park. On our journey, we’ll make a stop in the charming town of Beaufort, where you can grab a drink and some snacks to energize yourself for the day ahead.
Next, we’ll venture into the heart of the park, arriving at the picturesque township of Halls Gap, nestled against the stunning Grampians mountains. Here, you’ll have the chance to explore the area and enjoy lunch at one of the local cafes.
Following lunch, we’ll embark on a walk to either the Boroka Lookout or Lake Bellfield, where you can take in breathtaking views before we visit the Balconies Lookout.
Our next stop will be a visit to the iconic MacKenzie Falls, where we’ll take a walk to the base of these majestic waterfalls. Known as Victoria’s most famous waterfalls, it’s a serene spot to appreciate the beautiful bushland.
Throughout the tour, we’ll be on the lookout for local wildlife, including kangaroos, emus, and a variety of colorful bird species.
As our day comes to a close, we’ll begin our journey back to Melbourne, making a stop along the way for dinner.
Note: In the rare event that MacKenzie Falls is closed to the public, this stop will be replaced with a hike to Silverband Falls.
